NYC Broadway Field Trip – Fall 2026 Interest List
We are planning two trips for Fall of 2026:
- Fountain Hills USD Fall Break: (October 6-9, 2026)
- Scottsdale USD Fall Break: (October 13-16, 2026)
This form is to express interest and be considered for one of our curated travel groups.
Participation is by invitation only.
About the Trip
Every detail is planned to give students a one-of-a-kind Broadway experience.
- 10 students + minimum 3 adult chaperones
- Parents are welcome to attend
- Students under 12 must travel with a parent
Cost: $1,900 per traveler (Divided into 3 payments)
Includes:
- Round-trip airfare (Phoenix ⇄ JFK)
- VRBO lodging (walking distance to Times Square)
- Starbucks breakfast daily
- Lunch & dinner (non-travel days)
- Trip + damage insurance
- Two Broadway shows (plus stage door opportunities)
- Drama Bookshop visit
- Broadway studios walking tour
- Gayle’s Broadway Rose dinner experience
- Museum of Broadway
Students bring money for snacks, water, and souvenirs.
Interest List & Selection for Trip
Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot. Participants are selected based on:
- Maturity and behavior
- Ability to safely navigate NYC with the group
- Positive attitude and group compatibility
- Travelers share a full-size bed with another person, so we look to pair guests with a friend or family member. (2 roomy, sofa options are available & some kids prefer these to the shared beds.)
We also aim to coordinate each trip with compatible peers so everyone feels comfortable.
Selected individuals will be contacted by email with an invitation to officially enroll.
- $600 deposit due at official enrollment
- Two remaining payments scheduled after acceptance
- Fall 2026 selections will be notified before July 1, 2026
