NYC Broadway Field Trip Enrollment

It's official! Enrollment is now open for our next field trip.

Spring Break - Friday, March 12–Monday, March 15, 2027

About the Trip

Every detail is planned to give students a one-of-a-kind Broadway experience.

10 students + a minimum of 3 adult chaperones
Parents are welcome to attend
Students under 12 must travel with a parent
Cost: $1,900 per traveler (divided into 3 payments)

Includes:

• Round-trip airfare (Phoenix ⇄ JFK)
• VRBO lodging (walking distance to Times Square)
• Starbucks breakfast daily
• Lunch & dinner (non-travel days)
• Trip + damage insurance
• Two Broadway shows (plus stage door opportunities)
• Drama Bookshop visit
• Broadway studios walking tour
• Gayle’s Broadway Rose dinner experience
• Museum of Broadway

Students bring their own money for snacks, water, and souvenirs.

Payment Schedule:

$600 non-refundable deposit due before October 1, 2026 (airfare purchase)

$700 non-refundable payment due November 15, 2026 (lodging costs)

$600 non-refundable final payment due February 1, 2027

Please enroll through this form to be added to the official trip email list. Payments may be made via Venmo to Miss Paige or by check payable to “Paige Beckman.” Please note: we do not accept Zelle payments.

When enrolling, please list all travelers in the attendee section.

Photos include leads from previous shows, first from The Great Gatsby including Ryan McCartan, (very famous, was on Disney show, Liv & Mattie), final photo, with Kara Linsey, original Katherine in Newsies. We saw her in Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion Off-Broadway premiere.
